PlayStation 5 DualSense Wireless Controller | Press the Pair button on the side of the STB.

navigate to Settings > Device Settings > Remotes & Accessories > Add Accessory . With the PS5 controller turned off, press and hold the Create button and then press and hold the PS button on the gamepad until the central LED flashes. Wait until Wireless Controller appears in the pairing list on the TV screen, and select using the OK button on the TELUS remote.

Steel Series Stratus and Nimbus Controller | Press the Pair button on the side of the STB.

navigate to Settings > Device Settings > Remotes & Accessories > Add Accessory . Slide the power switch to On (shows green on the switch). Ensure the Connection slide on top of the remote is set to Bluetooth (shows the bluetooth symbol). All four LEDs on the front of the controller will flash for pairing mode. Wait until the SteelSeries Duo Controller appears in the pairing list, and select using the OK button on the TELUS TV Digital Remote.

Nintendo Switch Pro Controller | Press the Pair button on the side of the STB.

navigate to Settings > Device Settings > Remotes & Accessories > Add Accessory . Hold the pairing button on the top of the Switch Pro controller until the LED flashes. Wait until Pro Controller appears in the pairing list, and select using the OK button on the TELUS TV Digital Box Remote
The Switch Pro controller should now control the digital box. |
| Bluetooth pairing button (wireless ): Press the Pair button button on left hand side of the Telus digital box until the searching for devices screen appears. Hold the Pair button on Xbox Series S/X controller until Xbox button (center of the controller) rapidly blinks (pair button is located on top of the controller next to the left bumper). The Xbox controller should now appear as a pairable device that the digital box can connect with. Use the TELUS digital box remote control to select Xbox controller and then select OK . The Xbox controller should eventually show as "paired" in the bluetooth pairing menu. If the Xbox controller doesn't appear in the bluetooth pairing menu, please try the process over again.
Connect the USB-A side of the cable to the USB-A connection port on the left-hand side of TELUS Digital Box. Connect the USB-C side of the cable to the USB-C connection port on top of the Xbox controller. The controller should experience a slight vibration indicating that it's now connected to the TELUS TV Digital Box. The Xbox button in the center of the controller should be solid white. The controller should now have full control over the TELUS TV Digital Box menu.
