Getting started with your SmartWear Security service
Learn more about activating your SmartWear Security service and device.
Here’s how to get your SmartWear Security service plan activated and your device paired with the invisaWear mobile app, along with some helpful tips.
What you’ll need
A smartphone with Android 9.0+ or iOS 11.0+
Connection to your phone’s cellular data or Wi-Fi network
The invisaWear App
Your SmartWear Security device
Your plan activation code
Download the invisaWear app and enable settings
Activation steps
Set aside 10 to 20 minutes to set up your account profile in the invisaWear app and pair your device.
Select
Create Account
Enable
App Settings
Confirm the country and enter your phone number
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent via SMS to the phone number
Enter the 8-digit plan activation code that was sent via email with your purchase
Review and accept the service terms
Enter the mandatory personal information (name, email, password, 4-digit secret PIN)
Optional: Enter other personal information
Add up to 5 emergency contacts
Choose your alarm signal mode. This impacts who receives your alerts and how they’ll respond
Pair your accessory with a single click of your charm
Place a test alert
to confirm setup

Do not get your accessory wet
Remove before showering
Try not to place the charm or keychain at the bottom of a purse or in your front or back pant pocket as this can trigger a false alarm
Your device will show up as “not connected” in your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Please do not attempt to “connect” or “forget” the device
