The time it takes to install the indoor camera varies depending on where you install it. Standard installations typically take about 15 to 30 minutes to complete.

Step 1: Find a place to install the camera.
Find a power outlet near the installation site and plug in the camera. Ensure the location you select has the following:

There are two ways you can mount the camera to a wall:
Step 2: Check your Wi-Fi speed at the installation site.
The indoor camera requires a minimum of 2.5 Mbps upload speed to operate.
(Safari on Apple iPhones or Google Chrome on Android phones) to determine the internet speed in the area you’d like your camera installed.
If you aren’t getting a Wi-Fi signal or your Wi-Fi signal is weak, contact your internet service provider. You might need to upgrade your plan to get more upload bandwidth or to improve your home's Wi-Fi coverage.
Step 3: Turn on the camera.

button for 6 seconds until the light cycles to a solid green.
Step 4: Get the TELUS SmartHome+ app.
Download the TELUS SmartHome+ app and then log in with your My TELUS credentials.

Step 5: Add the TELUS Indoor Camera to your account.
