Please be aware that customers are solely responsible for any damages to the equipment arising of their or any third parties' actions and of any applicable repair or replacement fees.

You will need to bring all the equipment listed below to your new address. TELUS will not replace this equipment if it is not available to install at your new address.

If you have equipment that is difficult to uninstall, you may choose to leave this equipment for the next homeowner.

: TELUS will not replace any personally owned or easy-pay equipment that is left behind during your move.

Depending on what equipment you have, it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple of hours.

Your new home will need power at the time of installation. If you have cameras, please also ensure an internet connection is set up prior to installation.
