To remove an automation device from your TELUS SmartHome Security system, follow these instructions here

Qolsys Panel (2019 and after)

2GIG Panel (before 2019)

How to trigger each device in learn mode

Device	Learn trigger
Smart Light Bulb	Power the light bulb off then on
Smart Plug (Appliance or Dimmer)	Press the learn button on the front of the plug-in appliance or dimmer module twice
Smart Door Lock	Press the A button
Smart Range Extender or Z-Wave Repeater	Press the button on the side of the device
Smart Garage Door Opener	Press the small button on the side of the device
Smart Thermostat	With the thermostat mode set to Off , press and hold the "down" button on the thermostat. Release the button when the radio icon lights up.
