How to find the name and password for your Wi-Fi network

How to retrieve your Wi-Fi password

Good to know:
To find the name and password for your Wi-Fi network, look for a sticker under the top cover of the white TELUS modem. If the top cover on the white TELUS modem is not already open, press down on the front of the lid to reveal the default Wi-Fi name and password.

Change Wi-Fi password

Press down on the front of the lid to open

Connect your device to the default Wi-Fi network name using the default password and download the
TELUS Connect app
to personalize your Wi-Fi network name and password.

For each personal device that you would like to connect to your Wi-Fi, follow the steps in this article:

Note
: When you reset the modem, your customized network name and password will be reset to the defaults written on the label on your modem.

If you have previously changed the Wi-Fi name or password and no longer remember it, you will have to
reset your modem
