Instructions on how to set up Asurion web portal access and use HomePro™’s technical support services.

In order to access 24/7 live agent technical support, please visit the
Asurion portal
and proceed to log in.

At the login page, follow the instructions to set up and verify your email ID and registered phone number. This web portal is also where HomePro Plus members can submit device claims.
