If you need to purchase a replacement SIM or eSIM, you can purchase them online at the

Replace a lost or stolen device
If your phone is lost or stolen, you will have to suspend service to a lost or stolen device on the

No matter where you are in your contract term, you may replace your device using one of the following methods:

If you are changing your existing SIM card, be sure to update your My TELUS profile with your new SIM number.
