Steps to replace your Smart Light Bulb
If your Smart Light Bulb came with a switch blocker, unscrew the plastic clip from the light switch, or slide the switch blocker to the side to allow the switch to be turned off.
Turn off power to the Smart Light Bulb.
Remove the light bulb from the light socket or lamp.
From the TELUS SmartHome app:
i. Select
Manage Devices
from the main menu
ii. Select the three dots next to the device name
iii. Select
Remove Device
to remove the old device from your list
iv. Select
Prepare the following in a box:
• The defective Smart Light Bulb and all its parts, including all accessories (ex. switch blocker hardware)
• The first page of your TELUS bill or a paper with:
i. Full account number
ii. First and last name of the account holder
iii. Phone number associated with the account
Take the sealed box to Canada Post to return to TELUS at no charge
• Quote the return ID number PR142924
• Alternatively, you can visit the
and generate a label online with the policy number above.
Please request a copy of the receipt from the Canada Post agent. Retain your copy of the receipt for reference and package tracking

The first page of your TELUS bill or a paper with the: first and last name of the account holder, address of the account holder, phone number associated with the account and full account number
Take the sealed box to Canada Post to return to TELUS at no charge
