Activation

Once you sign up for an Apple TV+ subscription through My TELUS, you will receive an activation email prompting you to activate your subscription with Apple TV+. The steps to activate your subscriptions are outlined below:
1. A link in the email will take you to My TELUS, where you must log-in using your existing TELUS credentials. You can also navigate directly to activate Apple TV+ via the "Manage Subscriptions" link on the “Thank You” page that appears after order is complete if there is a delay in receiving the email.
2. You must navigate to the “Subscriptions” page where you will see your Apple TV+ subscription listed. You will need to click “activate subscriptions” and then you will be taken to the Apple TV+ site to complete activation by either linking an existing account or creating a new account.
a. If you
DO NOT
have an existing Apple TV+ account you must create a new account.
b. If you
DO
have an existing Apple TV+ account, once you have activated your subscription (as detailed above) you must login to the Apple TV+ site using your existing account information, which will link your existing account to your Apple TV+ subscription with TELUS. If you do not wish to link your existing Apple TV+ subscription, then you will have to create a new Apple TV+ account (as detailed above), both subscriptions will run concurrently and you will be charged for each subscription.
