What if my Wi-Fi is still choppy or slow?
While our technicians aim to eliminate all Wi-Fi coverage issues during installation, there may still be a chance that a dead spot was overlooked. If you experience consistent spotty Wi-Fi coverage, dropped calls or choppy streaming, a Wi-Fi dead spot might be the cause.

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will be dispatched to your home to eliminate dead spots and ensure optimal Wi-Fi coverage.
What happens after your guarantee period is over
Our technicians should have resolved any dead spots during the installation to ensure you have reliable Wi-Fi coverage in every corner of your home. You still have 30 days after installation to ensure you are satisfied and have had the opportunity to test the service.
The 30-day guarantee period should give you time to identify and address any dead spot issues. However, if any issues persist after that period, we will continue to support you. You'll have priority access to our premium support from Wi-Fi experts, who will work with you to resolve any Wi-Fi issues.
