Internet Troubleshooting: Try another LAN port

If one of your LAN ports is not working, try another one

It's possible that the Local Area Network (LAN) port you're currently using is not working. Thankfully, your modem will have more than one port. Take your Ethernet cable and plug it into a different LAN port. If one of your LAN ports is broken, you can request a new modem. Contact a TELUS technical support agent for more information.
