TELUS email powered by Google offers 15 GB of storage space for each mailbox.

If you’ve reached 95% of your limit, you will see a yellow banner across your inbox saying that you are running low on storage space. Once you reach 100% of your limit, you will not be able to send or receive messages until you clear up space.

: Make sure to regularly delete or archive your email to stay within your email storage limit.

The trash folder automatically empties after 30 days but you can also delete messages sooner:

Messages, once deleted, are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
