iPhone 8Resetting network settings

If you are having trouble connecting to the Internet you may need to reset your network connections. Resetting your network connections will disconnect any Bluetooth devices connected to your device and disconnect your device from any Wi-Fi networks it is connected to. Please contact your carrier's customer service directly if you are experiencing any issues.

If you're having messaging, email, or internet connectivity issues, resetting your network settings may help.

1 - From the Home screen, tap Settings.
2 - Scroll to and tap General.
3 - Scroll to and tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.
4 - Tap Reset.
5 - Tap Reset Network Settings.
- Note: If a device passcode has been set, you will need to enter it.
6 - Tap Reset Network Settings again.
- Note: Resetting your network settings will reset all your Wi-Fi, cellular, and VPN settings.
