Greg McCallum is a seasoned professional with more than 27 years of experience in the communications industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice-president of Employer Solutions for TELUS Health.
As Senior Vice-president, Employer Solutions, Greg is responsible for a team of more than 2,200 global team members who drive market leadership and revenue growth for TELUS Health's physical and mental wellbeing solutions focused on the global employer segment. His business portfolio includes global responsibility for TELUS Health’s Employee and Family Assistance program (EFAP), Absence and Disability Management, Wellbeing, Student Support and Training Solutions. Greg has been an integral part of the TELUS team for more than a quarter of a century, showcasing his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovative leadership.
Greg's journey within TELUS began in sales where he demonstrated his prowess in driving growth and retention for customers in Western Canada. Throughout his extensive career, he has held various leadership roles, including Vice-president, Commercial Sales and National Speciality Sales (IoT, Cyber Security & Managed IT). In each role, Greg has consistently shown a remarkable ability to balance strategy, coaching, performance development, and employee engagement to achieve outstanding results.
Beyond his professional achievements, Greg is actively involved in community initiatives, exemplifying his dedication to making a positive impact. He serves as a Governor at Hockey Calgary and Hockey Alberta, where he contributes his time and expertise to support the development of young athletes and promote the sport within the community.
