Juggy Sihota
Juggy is passionate about leading in social capitalism. She is an accomplished multidisciplinary executive with a well-established reputation for building,scaling and operating new businesses and high performing teams. Currently, she leads the global clinical strategy, delivery and operations for TELUS Health. This includes oversight of our expansive clinical network of more than 100,000 passionate healthcare professionals delivering outstanding patient experiences to employees and communities worldwide.
Juggy’s leadership influence deliberately spans health, business, racial/social justice, gender equality and globalisation. As a business operator she has spent her career building and leading large teams that solve complex problems through innovation, sound judgement and by leveraging the power of technology and people to disrupt the status quo to generate great business and human outcomes.
A purpose-driven leader, Juggy turned her passion for healthcare into a fulfilling and rewarding career. Most recently, she led the global growth strategy for TELUS Health as the organisation’s Chief Growth Officer; helping scale and grow our total health and wellbeing organization to more than 160 countries around the globe and delivering care to nearly 72 million people.
Community leadership is a critical component of Juggy’s leadership story. She is currently also holding the following roles, elected by her peers:
- Chair for the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation Board
- Chair for the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade
- Director for the Vancouver International Airport Authority (YVR)
- Director for the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation
Juggy has also been the recipient of many leadership awards including repeatedly being named one of BC’s most powerful people by Vancouver Magazine, the Woman of Distinction Award for Business Leadership by the YWCA, the Luminary Award by Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland, 40 under 40 by BIV Magazine, the Extraordinary Achievement Leadership Award by Darpan Magazine and was also named one of Canada's Most Powerful Top 100 Women by the Women’s Executive Network.
