How it works
During 20-minute sessions seated inside of a comfortable pod, the Cyclic Variations in Adaptive Conditioning (CVAC™) machine uses air pressure changes to simulate variations in altitude. Over time, these simulated altitude changes lead to changes in oxygen availability that may help your body use its O² more efficiently.
Step 1: Consultation
Speak with a member of our team, who will explain the treatment, answer any questions, and open the pod for you.
Step 2: Treatment
Spend 20 minutes sitting comfortably inside the CVAC™ pod while the machine cycles through pressure changes that simulate changes in altitude.
Step 3: Book again
