Meet our Registered Dietitians
Diet and nutrition play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and dietitians are the regulated health professionals who are responsible for using food to create and maintain that healthy lifestyle.
Registered Dietitians (RD) undergo comprehensive and rigorous training to be qualified to practice, and they must be registered with the dietitian regulatory body in the province in which they practice.
Work with one of our Registered Dietitians to develop a realistic nutrition plan based on your needs, limitations, lifestyle, and food preferences. They will help you acquire the necessary knowledge to make the right food choices, adopt healthy eating habits, and help you achieve your goals.
