TELUS Wireless Home Phone is not compatible with data usage or text, picture, or video messaging. Taxes and payperuse services (such as long distance, roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra. Not compatible with services that require landline communication, including: home security systems (unless wireless enabled), medical alert system, fax machine, dial-up internet service, DSL internet service, POS system, and collect calls. Plus applicable provincial or municipal government 911 fees in Nova Scotia (43¢), PEI (70¢), New Brunswick (97¢), Saskatchewan ($1.95), Quebec (46¢), Alberta (95¢), and Newfoundland and Labrador (75¢). Rates and offers are subject to change without notice. 911/E911 services behave as a traditional wireless phone instead of landline. For example: If you are in a basement or are too far from a transmitting antenna, signal quality may be low and you may not be able to access the network. Calls to the E911 service from a TELUS mobile home phone terminal will transmit your mobile phone number to emergency service operators, as well as the location of the cellular site that is sending your call. 911 calls are routed based on the wireless network's automatic location technology, but you may have to provide your home address to emergency responders. TELUS recommends that you always have an alternative means of accessing 911 services from your home or business during a power or network outage.
TELUS Wireless Home Phone is only available on a 2 year term. The retail cost the ZTE WF723 (equipment used to connect TELUS Wireless Home Phone) device is $125 plus applicable taxes. A cancellation fee applies for early termination of the service agreement and will be the value of the ZTE WF723 received in return for your term commitment, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the term (with a partial month counting as a full month), divided by the total number of months in the term, plus applicable taxes.
All calls must originate in Canada and terminate to a Canadian number.

The $70 savings is a waiving of our $70 connection fee. Offer applicable online only on Mobility orders for smartphones, connected devices (ie. tablets, smartwatches) and Bring Your Own Device plans. Voicemail 25 allows storage of 25 messages for 25 days. To get call display, the home phone hardware must be call display enabled. Call forwarding will be subject to payperuse charges above 2500 minutes at a rate of $0.50 per minute.
Calls to areas 712432, 605562, 605475, 712775, and 559726 are not included as part of this feature and will be billed at your standard payperuse rate.
