When the emergency button is pressed.

Get a call through your base station
A trained medical alert operator will call and ask if you need help via your base station’s two-way speaker.
STEP 3
Family or friends contacted
If you ask for help or are unable to respond, the Medical Alert Operator will follow the contact instructions in your profile.
STEP 4
Emergency services contacted
If the situation requires, the Medical Alert operator will contact emergency services.
