- All Referrals must be submitted through telus.com/referabusiness in order to be eligible. Referrals must be submitted by you, a current TELUS Business Mobility Customer. Referrals submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you and all of your referrals will be disqualified from this program and any referral credits that have been awarded will be deducted. You must have an active Business smartphone plan with TELUS to participate.
Referral credits to your existing bill will be applied within 4-6 weeks of process completion. Taxes apply.
In order to be eligible for referral credits, you must have active mobility service with TELUS Business and be in good standing when the credits are applied. You are able to receive $100 referral credit for each referred business that activates one or more TELUS Business smartphone plans for a maximum of up to $1,000 in referral credits each calendar year. The business you refer cannot be a current TELUS Business mobility customer and they must activate a new TELUS Business smartphone plan within 180 days of the referral being submitted. This offer is not available for Consumer or Corporate accounts. TELUS Business may end the Referral Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral credits.
TELUS employees, contractors, sales representatives acting on TELUS' behalf and associates at retail locations who receive special pricing are not eligible to participate in this program. The Referrer and Referee must be a small business (1-100 employees) and present an HST/GST number (QST number in Quebec), registration number, incorporation number, and/or other proof of business upon activation.
The Referee cannot accept more than one referral mobility offer as part of this Referral Program. If they receive multiple mobility offers, a referral credit will only be applied to the account of the current TELUS Business mobility customer who sent the referral to you last.
TELUS Business assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by TELUS Business on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to your (or any other person's) computer related to or resulting from this program. TELUS Business reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this program should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of TELUS Business, corrupt the security or proper administration of the program or for any other reason. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you and all of you referrals will be disqualified from this program and any referral credits that have been awarded will be deducted. You agree to abide by the terms of this program and the decisions of the TELUS Business team, which are final. This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

- Existing customer: The existing customer must be a current TELUS Business mobility customer and must obtain consent from each referral to use their personal information for the purpose of sending them the referral. The existing customer is eligible to receive up to $1,000 in referral credits each calendar year. If they have already received $1,000 in referral credits, they will not receive any other credits for referrals sent, but the referred business will still receive their credit if they activate on the referral offer. If the referred business receives multiple referrals from existing customers, the referral credit will only be awarded to the most recent . In order to receive the referral credit, the Business account must be in good standing when the credit is applied. Bill credits are applied at the account level and do not extend to secondary lines. Bill credits will be applied 4-6 weeks after the referred business successfully redeems their referral. Bill credits will be applied to the account in one lump-sum, 4-6 weeks after the referred business successfully redeems their referral. Taxes apply.
