These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (“XGPU”) subscription . XGPU is a gaming content service, which enables you to download and play video games on Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles, and Windows 10/11 PC (excludes Windows in S mode and ARM devices), and stream select games (where available) to your supported devices. The library of available games in XGPU is rotating, with the games remaining accessible as long as the user has an active subscription. Game Pass subscribers may also receive from time to time discounts on purchases of games from the Xbox marketplace and their respective downloadable content (DLC). Your use of XGPU is governed by Microsoft’s XGPU terms of services agreement, which can be found

, and your broader use of Microsoft services is governed by Microsoft’s Services Agreement, which can be found

. Please ensure you read, understand and accept these agreements before subscribing to, and accessing, XGPU through TELUS. You understand that Microsoft’s Privacy Policy, as listed in the Microsoft Services Agreement, listed above applies to your use of XPGU.
Billings: Once you have subscribed to XGPU, your subscription fees will be charged to the credit card associated with your MyTELUS account every succeeding month until you cancel your XGPU Subscription through your MyTELUS account in accordance with the “Cancellation” section below. Kindly note that no bill will be sent to you, monthly charges can be viewed from your MyTELUS account.

, which is part of your agreement with TELUS.

Pre existing Subscription: If you have a pre-existing subscription to Xbox directly (i.e. a subscription billed directly by Xbox and not through a third party) using the same email address prior to signing up with TELUS, you may be able to link your existing account via the activation email sent by TELUS. Activation through TELUS will automatically pause your direct billing (applies to any subscription tier) and will resume when your agreement with TELUS ends.

If you have an existing subscription to XGPU from a third party (e.g., app store purchases, other billing partners), you will need to manage your subscription with that third party to avoid duplicate subscriptions. If you wish to keep your existing XGPU subscription through a third party, then your XGPU subscription and that third party subscription will run concurrently and you will be charged for each subscription.

Cancellation: You are able to cancel your XGPU subscription with TELUS at any time through your MyTELUS account. Upon cancellation, your subscription will stay active until the end of your billing period. If you are a Quebec subscriber, you’re able to cancel at any time and cancellation will be effective immediately. TELUS may also cancel your XGPU subscription, at our sole discretion without notice to you, if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of your subscription or violation of these Terms or any applicable law by you. Additionally, Microsoft may cancel your subscription to XGPU at any time in accordance with Microsoft’s applicable terms of use. No refund will be given in case of revocation.

Once your XGPU subscription is canceled, if you had a pre-existing XGPU subscription that was paused when you activated your XGPU subscription, your previous subscription and billing directly with the related provider will then resume. After you cancel your XGPU subscription with TELUS, it is your responsibility to manage any subscription to XGPU that is billed directly by Xbox or via a third party.
