Non-Profit Organization inquiry form

Thank you for your interest in TELUS’ Connecting For Good programs. We are so fortunate to be approached by organizations such as yours who share in our efforts to improve the lives of Canadians.

Current Connecting for Good program status

We recently launched

which provides newly arrived government-assisted refugees in Canada with free smartphones, and low cost mobile and home internet plans. We also launched
Mobility for Good for Indigenous Women at Risk
which provides free smartphones and data plans to Indigenous women at risk of, or surviving violence, helping them stay connected and safe.

Given the overwhelming interest and success of these initiatives, as well our Mobility for Good - Youth program which provides youth leaving foster care with a refurbished smartphone at no cost and Mobility for Good - Seniors program which provides eligible low-income seniors with access to discounted devices, we have fully allocated our limited inventory towards our existing programs and are unable to support new requests at this time. Beyond Mobility for Good, our Internet for Good program assists eligible low-income seniors and families, in-need people living with disabilities and youth leaving foster care. Visit the

 and
Internet for Good
pages for all program details, eligibility criteria and to learn how to apply.

If your request does not fit into one of the above programs and you would still like to submit an inquiry for support on behalf of your Non-Profit Organization, please fill out the following form.

Review process and timelines:

TELUS reviews Non-Profit Organization (NPO) inquiries quarterly at the end of April, July, October and January. Due to the volume of requests, we do not review inquiries outside of these times. An email response will be sent immediately following our quarterly review.
