How to configure your web browser to accept cookies

If you're able to log in to your account but you're seeing an error message when you try viewing your TELUS e.Bill try the following:

Check your web browser settings

Your Web browser may not be configured to accept cookies. Cookies help you access pages in your account and do not contain your credit card information or email address.

Internet Explorer

  1. Launch
    Internet Explorer

  2. From the top taskbar, select
    Tools

    • Note:
      If your browser taskbar is not displayed, press
      Alt
      on your keyboard

  3. Select
    Internet Options
    . The
    Internet Options
    window is displayed

  4. Select the
    Privacy
    tab

  5. Lower
    your privacy setting

  6. When you're finished, select
    OK

If you are still unable to view your bill,

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Launch
    Firefox

  2. From the top taskbar, select
    Tools

  3. Select
    Options
    . The
    Options
    window is displayed

  4. Select the
    Privacy
    tab

  5. From the
    History
    drop-down menu, select
    Remember history

  6. When you're finished, select
    OK

If you are still unable to view your bill,

Safari

  1. Launch
    Safari
    .

  2. From the top taskbar, select
    Safari

  3. Select
    Preferences
    . The
    General
    window is displayed

  4. Select the
    Privacy
    tab

  5. From the
    Block cookies
    section, select either of the following:

    • From third parties and advertisers

    • Never
