If you are a resident in a province with access to video consultations through our app, you can still book appointments and receive care while travelling within Canada. Please

to update your network to the province or territory you are travelling to.

Our Support team will do their best to help with any prescriptions, specialist referrals and diagnostic tests. In some rare cases, this may not be possible due provincial/territorial regulation or process restrictions.

You will not be able to have a consultation or receive care from TELUS Health MyCare doctors while traveling outside of Canada. If you are concerned about your symptoms while abroad, you should seek medical care at a local health institution or call local emergency services.

If you are travelling in the United States and looking for health advice, you can call and speak with a registered nurse 24/7 with TELUS Health MyCare Travel.
