Verification code (6 digits) | After you confirm your country and phone number, a verification code will be sent by us to you via text message For your security, we need to verify that you have access to the phone number provided. You cannot change it later
| You may have to navigate out of the invisaWear App and into your SMS App to write the code down if you miss it in the pop up If you get an error entering the code, you can select Resend to receive a new one

Activation code (8 digits) | This code is sent to the purchaser of the SmartWear security plan via email shortly after the order is processed The email is sent from telus@invisawear.com (check your spam folders) The email subject line is: Please Read: TELUS SmartWear Security – Activation Code This code is tied to one user and makes all plan features available to that user
| The code can only be used one time in the invisaWear App If the device or plan was a gift, you can ask the purchaser for the activation code If you purchased the device as a gift, please give the recipient the activation code If you can’t find the code, you have 2 options: You can select Resend in the App, type in the email address you provided to Telus when you bought it and if the email match is found, the code will be sent If that doesn’t work, you can contact us and an agent can provide the activation code

Password (8 to 20 characters) | The password you set will be used to log into the app, though you won’t always be prompted to sign in The password should contain: at least 1 uppercase character, at least 1 lowercase character,

| Your passwords must match to continue To change your password in the future, navigate to the Settings section of the App and selectChange Password (you’ll need to enter your original password correctly) or select the Forgot Password link from the log-in screen
