Why your Home Services bill may be higher than you expected

• You recently changed or upgraded your rate plan, or renewed your service

  : As a result, promotional bill credits may have been removed.

Here’s what you’ll see on your final bill:

• Total amount due

  : This will include current charges and any balance forward from the previous bill.

• Bill due date

• One-time charges

  : This includes any applicable cancellation fees, late payment charges, or additional usage charges.

• Credit for the period from the cancellation date to the bill date

  : For example, if your bill date is April 30 and you cancel on April 15, you will see a credit from April 15 to April 30.

• Bonuses and activation credits

  : If you cancel a product or service within the first 90 days, any sign-up bonuses or one-time activation credits you received will be reversed.

• TELUS Rewards

  : If all of your services are cancelled, you will not be able to redeem your Rewards or continue participating in the program.
