The time it takes to install the indoor camera varies depending on where you install it. Standard installations typically take about 15 to 30 minutes to complete.
Note
: Do not attempt to insert an SD card into a HomeView camera. If you've already installed a micro SD card in your camera, unplug the camera and remove the card. Tools and equipment you need
Step 1: Find a place to install the camera.
Step 2: Check your Wi-Fi speed at the installation site.
Step 3: Turn on the camera.
Step 4: Get the TELUS SmartHome+ app.
Step 5: Add the TELUS Indoor Camera to your account.
Step 6: Set up your detection and notification preferences.
Step 7: Name your camera.
