This bundle is exclusive to any TELUS customers for a monthly fee. There is no commitment tied to the service, so you can enjoy it monthly for as long as you like and cancel anytime.

Stream+ Premium is a bundle of video streaming services that includes Netflix Premium, Disney+ Premium, Amazon Prime and TELUS Films & Series. This bundle is exclusive to any TELUS consumer customer for a monthly fee. There is no commitment tied to the service, so you can enjoy it monthly for as long as you like and cancel anytime.

If you have an existing Netflix, Disney+ or Amazon Prime account with a monthly payment cycle, please follow the steps below:

If you have an existing Disney+ or Amazon Prime account with an annual payment cycle, your billing will not transfer over. Instead, annual subscriptions will pause. You can resume the remaining months if you cancel Stream+.

Existing Stream+ Basic or Stream+ Premium customers will get a monthly $2 discount on the Apple TV+ subscription. To receive this discount on your Apple TV+ standalone subscription, ensure that you have purchased Stream+ using the same My TELUS account.

You can cancel Stream+ Basic or Stream+ Premium via My TELUS by following these steps:

If you cancel Stream+ Basic or Stream+ Premium, you will no longer have access to your streaming accounts through TELUS. Your subscription may automatically renew with the streaming service provider if your previous method of payment is still on your account and up to date. Otherwise, you may have to update your payment information to resume service with the streaming service provider again.

When you cancel, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your billing cycle and as such you will still have access to your subscription until then.

Yes, if you have purchased Stream+ Basic and want to switch over to Stream+ Premium, follow the steps below:

If you are upgrading your service from Stream+ Basic to Stream+ Premium, you will see the change take effect immediately. You will receive a prorated refund for Stream+ Basic and start being charged for Stream+ Premium immediately.

If you are downgrading your service from Stream+ Premium to Stream+ Basic, you will keep access to your current streaming services until the end of your current billing cycle. After your billing cycle is complete, you will then be charged for Stream+ Basic.

New customers can no longer purchase Stream+ as of . However, existing Stream+ customers can still keep, activate or cancel their service, except through digital renewals. Any customers who renew their Mobility service on digital will lose Stream+ service, with no option to re-add the Stream+ package.
