How to use TELUS TV+ on your browser

Watch live TV and access a large On Demand library of TV shows and movies on your web browser with your Optik TV, Pik TV or Stream+ subscription.

: Due to rights restrictions on our programming, the TELUS TV+ app will not work while your mobile device is connected to a VPN (Virtual Private Network).

The TELUS TV+ browser experience is supported on Safari 14 and above, Chrome 49 and above and all versions of Microsoft Edge on Windows.

TELUS TV+ is not currently supported on ChromeOS, Microsoft Edge on Macintosh devices, Internet Explorer, Firefox, mobile browsers, Smart TV browsers or gaming console browsers.

To access TELUS TV+ on your computer’s browser, navigate to

telustvplus.com

and log in with your My TELUS username and password. Please ensure that you have third-party cookies enabled.

From the TELUS TV+ Home screen, you can your On Demand programming, browse your , view your recent and see what’s new and featured on TELUS TV+.

You can also navigate to , , , or at the top of your screen or use the magnifying glass icon to .

All Optik/Pik TV/Stream+ customers have access to the live TV content included in their subscription. Live TV will show you what’s on now by category.

During live TV playback, simply click the full screen icon or tap the key on your keyboard to go full screen. To exit full screen, tap the or key. Moving your mouse during live TV playback will bring up several settings. You can click the button to bring up program information and browse what’s or . Click to close the information overlay. You can also control the volume or turn on (CC) or (AD) in .

Due to content provider restrictions, some channels are only available when connected to your TELUS home Internet.

All Optik/Pik TV customers have access to the On Demand content included in their subscription, a selection of TELUS-exclusive titles in as well as a selection of On Demand movies available for rental.

: Some On Demand content may have pause, rewind or fast-forward disabled by the content provider.

In the section, you can see what’s playing today and over the next 10 days. Any shows with a home icon in the guide indicate that this programming is only available when connected to your TELUS home Internet. You can also filter your guide by selecting in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

You can use keyboard controls to quickly navigate through TELUS TV+ on your browser without using a mouse. To use a keyboard shortcut, press all of the keys in the shortcut at the same time.

: In order to use keyboard shortcuts, TELUS TV+ must be on the active browser tab of your device.

In the section, you will see 2 tabs: and . In the tab, you will see information including program details, the date the program was recorded, and run time. For series recordings, you will see the number of episodes recorded. You can also delete existing recordings or edit your recording settings.

In the tab, you can cancel upcoming recordings, edit your recording settings or resolve recording conflicts. You can also and the views of existing and scheduled recordings. If you have the Recordings bundle included as part of your Optik TV combo, you can also initiate playback of your recorded programs from the tab.

You can use the search function to find a movie, TV show or cast member using the on-screen keyboard or voice remote where available. If searching for a movie or TV series, your search results will include both live and On Demand viewing options for your title. If searching for a specific cast member, your search results will provide a list of available live or On Demand titles where that cast member appeared.
