TELUS SmartHome Security can be transferred separately from the Home Services listed above.
ADT Security
While ADT Security services can be transferred, you will not be able to do so via the form on this page, and will instead need to
. When ADT Security services are transferred over, they are automatically converted into a TELUS SmartHome Security plan.
Note:
You can only transfer one set of services, and one address, with a single form submission. For example, if you need to transfer your Home Services (Internet, TV, Home Phone) and your SmartHome Security services, you will need to submit the form twice, once for each.

As a part of transferring your Home Phone service, you will no longer be able to access your voicemail if you use this service. You will be asked in the form below if you would like to deactivate your voicemail, or if you would like to transfer your voicemail to the incoming owner.
