What you’ll do
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Business Administration duties to join our team. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Business Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
- Use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with team members to promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Business Administration:
- Support daily administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with various business location administration team leads to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Handle a variety of business related duties to support management
Director-Level Support:
- Provide director-level administrative support to senior management, proactively managing their schedules and communications.
- Plan and coordinate director-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of directors, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Leadership:
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities by taking initiative, driving projects forward, and mentoring junior team members.
- Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Assist in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall goals of the organization.
What you bring
- Experience in Business Administration and/or director-level assistant roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide other team members.
Great to have
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
- Experience in supporting senior directors and managing director-level responsibilities.
- Leadership experience would be considered an asset.
