- Define the transition processAfter you complete a questionnaire to outline your needs, our team will personalize your transition experience and recommend the right Kroll customization and add-on services for your pharmacy.
- Prepare for the transitionWe discuss your install date, your expectations for launch, as well as your hardware and training needs. Our team will address all the details that need to be confirmed in advance.
- Collaborate and test Kroll at your pharmacyOur team will conduct thorough testing and closely collaborate with you for a successful transition to Kroll. Our data specialist will work with you to rigorously review your data to help protect its integrity during migration.
- Install and configure Kroll for your pharmacyA technician will install Kroll at your pharmacy prior to your launch date. Features and add-on services will be remotely configured by Kroll Technical Specialists after closing hours to help avoid disrupting your operations.
- Train your teamAn on-site or remote trainer will help ensure everything runs smoothly on launch day. Your trainer will go through pricing set-up and system configuration with you before the pharmacy opens, and will be available to support staff throughout the day.
- Access training materials and supportYou and your team will have access to extensive Kroll training videos, user guides and more at our online Kroll resource centre. If you have any questions, you can contact support 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
