Top-ups allow you to add credit to your prepaid balance. In order for your rate plan to renew from your balance, you’ll need to make sure your account has been sufficiently topped up before your rate plan expires. You can choose automatic or manual top-ups. Here’s how it works.
Automatic payments
Using your credit card, you can have your balance topped up automatically with $10, $25 or $50 in one of two ways:
- Every 30 days
- Every 30 days or when your balances reaches $5.
Manual payments
Top up your balance yourself, whenever you like.
Manage your balance
If you have a remaining balance after your rate plan has been renewed, simply top up again before your balance expires and it will carry over to the next month.
