Registering for an account takes only a few minutes with the Pharmacie Jérôme-Henri Lavoie (de Celles) Inc. When you log in for the first time, we’ll ask you to complete your pharmacy profile and provide any health coverage details you have access to. You’ll then be able to add new prescriptions, transfer existing ones, and book an appointment with a pharmacist.

The fastest way to fill your prescription with Virtual Pharmacy is to have your prescriber send Pharmacie Jérôme-Henri Lavoie (de Celles) Inc. a prescription directly
Depending on your location, you may upload a photo of a paper prescription to begin the fulfillment process. However, note that filling your prescription may be delayed if you use the photo upload option, as images uploaded in the app are not considered a valid prescription unless they are accompanied by an original. You will be asked to mail us your original paper prescription and, in some situations, we may contact you and/or your prescriber to collect a valid prescription.

How it works:
Start by creating an account or logging in to TELUS Health Virtual Pharmacy.
To add a new paper version of a prescription, select "Add prescriptions" and upload a photo of your prescription. Photos must be JPG or PNG files smaller than 5MB. You will be asked to take a photo of both sides of your prescription document.
Please keep your original prescription document, as you will be asked to mail it to the pharmacy.
In our experience, doctors generally do not charge to fax prescriptions. However, it is at the discretion of your doctor.
With your permission, our pharmacists will coordinate the transfer of all existing prescriptions from your current pharmacy. Once you have an account, you can request a transfer within the Virtual Pharmacy app or web portal. Certain conditions apply. Please consult your pharmacist.
