As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you’ll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness.&nbsp;We are recruiting for a Trade Analyst who will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of claim backup. The post holder will be&nbsp;creating claims ensuring accuracy at all times. 
Here’s how:
<ul><li>Creating claims, inputting required fields, attaching backup, balancing to the backup received, and&nbsp;choosing a contract that best matches the&nbsp;claim backup coming in.</li><li>Update daily stats on manual and eclaim counts and dates, moving claims from evaluation to complete and updating all records</li><li>Ensure proper coverage for all accounts assigned, keeping the dates in sync, list bad mappings,&nbsp;communicating any questions&nbsp;with the Account Manager and/or Director of Client Services</li><li>Reach out and resolve customer claims, work missing back up reports </li><li>Mailbox management , and&nbsp;monitor VIP customers to ensure they are processed as priority&nbsp; </li><li>Use Excel daily to manage different aspects of the role</li><li>Work on brand new accounts once started and work closely with the Account Manager to get the manual created for other team members </li></ul>

As Senior S&amp;E Project Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing on the strategy for best-in-class customer experience practices &amp; operational efficiencies, including but not limited to: implementing customer self-serve capabilities, intelligent automation, building a knowledge management repository, establishing a 24/7 global operations model and implementing technology to underpin it all. The candidate will need to be capable of lifting and pushing up to 50 lb and working for extended hours in all weather conditions.  What you’ll do
We are seeking a Dispensing Representative, Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team, on-site, in our Lethbridge, Alberta facility. 
<ul><li>You will oversee the pharmaceutical website for management of client prescriptions, dispensing, and annual renewal of prescriptions</li><li>You will be working in our warehouse, picking product and packing orders, shipping product, dispensing and receiving pharmaceuticals and invoicing clients</li><li>You will use the internal accounting system to manage daily operations</li><li>You will provide exceptional customer service (including taking orders, client education, handling questions and concerns from our customers over the phone and in person.)</li><li>You will be responsible for inventory management including monitoring of short dated and soon to be expired products</li><li>You will manage the transfers to different clinic locations</li><li>You will deliver products to clients as required</li><li>You will assist with various veterinary tasks, including surgeries, semen testing, and pregnancy testing</li></ul>

What you'll do:
<ul><li>Assist clients in obtaining optimal animal health and welfare while supporting economic returns through efficient production animal management.</li><li>Cow-Calf and Feedlot Veterinary Services</li><li>Provide comprehensive service to feedlot, cow/calf, and dairy operations using veterinarian, nutrition, and research consultants.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide the most up-to-date and professional consultation services to help cattle producers raise healthy and productive cattle.</li><li>Perform bovine surgeries and calvings</li><li>Perform pregnancy diagnoses and breeding soundness exams</li><li>Conduct individual animal and herd level examinations (in person or via digital imaging)</li><li>Perform regulatory procedures associated with cattle import/export or certification</li><li>Communicate protocols, research findings, recommendations, technical information, etc. to client operations and follow up as needed</li><li>Coordinate and oversee the training of cow-calf and feedlot workers</li><li>Perform other veterinary procedures as required</li><li>Utilize data to monitor health parameters, and perform ad hoc data analysis as needed</li><li>Identify areas of concern and devise action plans and recommendations in conjunction with the entire Consultant Team</li><li>Provide input to clients regarding animal health and production protocols and procedures</li><li>Perform client site visits as required to monitor animal health procedures and events, and to provide ongoing, positive communication</li></ul>

This will include providing effective product demonstrations of the TELUS Consumer Goods capabilities, value proposition, and competitive functional differentiation to TELUS Consumer Goods internal staff, CPG manufacturer clients, and other business opportunities.

<ul><li>Manage the end to end account plan, including opportunity generation through strategic target design.</li><li>Effectively demonstrate the TELUS Consumer Goods TPM and TPO business Unit SAAS Software portfolios, the value proposition comparative to opportunity needs, functional competitive differentiation, and CPG application to opportunity business processes.</li><li>Effectively maintain an understanding of current application and new functionality, to effectively communicate to opportunities.</li><li>Provide a key link between TELUS Consumer Goods Sales, TELUS Consumer Goods Business Development, and the application product Managers</li><li>Participate in discovery call sessions to determine content focus for application presentation for sales. product value proposition.</li><li>Be the primary Subject Matter Expert to provide responses, and promote product value proposition, product differentiation.</li><li>Identify opportunities for product functional development then work with Product Managers to create solutions where there are gaps.</li><li>Assist in the development of the implementation project based on information collected during the sales cycle from key stake holders.</li><li>Evaluate functional capability when speaking with potential clients, compared to competitive landscape delivered during lead life cycle, identify and refine the functional message for sales and all functional channels to improve messaging during the sales cycle.</li><li>Understand and Deliver Application demonstrations, create concise demonstration messaging and proactive and Strategic application positioning.</li><li>Communicate, Define, and Deliver: Effectively communicate the products capability to deliver a client’s trade “go to market” strategy. Plan for product presentations to cover application functionality, CPG business process, product architecture, product security, and implementation.</li><li>Be present to visit clients and attend industry events.</li></ul>
What you bring to this role

The US base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $150, 000. This role will have a generous commission structure. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
